The AzVMA small state conference is more intimate and regional, catering primarily to veterinary professionals within the state. Attendance is generally limited to a few hundred participants, fostering a close-knit atmosphere.
The smaller scale allows for more personal, direct interactions between exhibitors and attendees. Exhibitors can engage in meaningful conversations and build relationships with attendees, as the pace is more relaxed compared to the fast-moving tradeshow floors of large conventions.
Instead of a sprawling tradeshow floor, the AzVMA conference features an exhibit hall with more modest setups. Exhibitors are provided with 6 ft skirted tables as their display space. These tables are simple and functional, offering a more low-key environment compared to the elaborate booths at large conventions.
