Password Reset

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, select “Sign In” to visit the Member Login page. Click the link to reset your password. Enter your username or email address to have a password reset link sent to the email address associated with your member profile.

Troubleshooting Tips:

  •  If you do not receive a password reset link from, check your email’s spam/junk folder.
  •  If you still do not receive the email, contact the AzVMA to verify the email listed in your member profile.

NOTE: Password reset links expire after 24 hours. Passwords must be 8+ characters and contain at least 1 number & non-numeric character (letters, punctuation, etc.).



Member Profile Assistance

How do I change my username & password?

Members may change their username and/or password using the following steps:

  1. Select "Sign In"
  2. At the top of the page select "Manage Profile"
  3. Under the "Information & Settings" heading select "Edit Bio"
  4. Under the "Account Information" heading you may update your username and password by selecting "(change)"
  5. Select "SAVE CHANGES" at the bottom of the page

How do I upload a headshot to my member profile?

Members may upload a professional headshot to their profile. This photo will be included with the veterinarian member's listing in the Annual Membership Directory. 

  1. Sign In
  2. Select "My Profile"
  3. Above "Groups" place cursor on "Headshot" box
  4. Click the "Change Icon" (a sheet of paper w/ pencil)
  5. Upload headshot in "Drop photos here or click to upload" box

Why am I not receiving emails from the association?

If you are not receiving email communications from the AzVMA, please check the email address listed in your member profile. It is recommended to check your email’s spam/junk folder. Also, consider adding and to your email contact list.


How do I update my member profile?

Please provide updates to any information in your profile's personal or professional section that became permanent after enrolling as a member by completing a Profile Update Request. If you are a DVM or CVT, be sure to also notify the Arizona State Veterinary Medical Examining Board if you have a change of address, employment, or name.

Renew Membership Dues Online

How can I pay my membership renewal online?

Thank you for choosing to renew your membership! Members may pay their annual membership renewal online using the following steps:

  1. “Sign In” to your member profile
  2. At the top of the page select "Manage Profile"
  3. Under the "Invoicing, Payments & History" heading, select "Invoices"
  4. Select the first icon to "View/Print Invoice" or the second icon to "Pay This Invoice"
  5. Enter your payment information on our secure page. A paid invoice will be emailed automatically upon completion of the transaction.

Reinstate My Membership

Why does my member account say it is “Suspended” or that I am a “Prospect Member”?

If you are attempting to login to your AzVMA profile and you are receiving a message that your membership “account is currently suspended”, that indicates that your membership has expired due to non-renewal. The AzVMA site automatically suspends accounts that are past their membership expiration date. To reactivate your membership and regain your member benefits, you may complete the Reinstate My Membership Form


Member Privacy

Does the AzVMA share or sell my contact information?

We care about your privacy. AzVMA policy prohibits the sale or distribution of our member lists. We never distribute email lists or provide emails in response to any inquiry. Business information only is shared with members of the public seeking veterinary care.
