What are the advertising rates?
You may view AzVMA advertising rates and details under “Publications” on our Newsletter Advertising page. You can place classified and display ads. All advertising is included in the AzVMA’s printed and online newsletter formats. Classified ads are also posted online in the AzVMA Career Center.
How do I pay an advertising invoice?
Advertising is billed every other month, unless other arrangements are made. Invoices may be paid by check or credit card. You must contact the AzVMA office as advertising invoices cannot be paid online. Payment may be made by mail, phone, or fax.

How do I place a classified or display ad?
To place a classified ad, please complete our online Classified Advertising Form to be emailed a quote based on word count and membership status. To place a display ad, please complete our online Display Advertising Form to be emailed a quote based on ad size and membership status. Please email questions to email@example.com. The deadline for ad submission is the 15th of the month prior to publication.
How can I cancel an ad?
The deadline for cancellations is the 15th of the month prior to publication. AzVMA must be notified of ad cancellations via phone or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Annual Membership Directory
Does AzVMA publish an annual membership directory?
Each year, the AzVMA publishes its annual membership directory available exclusively to AzVMA veterinarian members. This is a comprehensive resource containing a listing of board-certified diplomates, relief and mobile services, small and large animal veterinarians, interest areas, practices organized by city and zip code, as well as state and national resources. There is also an Online Member Directory available to veterinarian members (requires sign-in). Members may opt not to be included in this publication.
NOTE: AzVMA makes every attempt to ensure the accuracy of member listings. Anyone who discovers an error in his/her listing is advised to contact the AzVMA so we can correct our records and future listings.
