This award honors an exceptional AzVMA veterinarian in the first ten years of their practice who has demonstrated outstanding leadership and dedication to the veterinary profession. The recipient will have made a significant impact through active involvement in local associations, AzVMA, AVMA, or other veterinary organizations. Consideration is given to their leadership, committee participation, and contributions to advancing the Arizona veterinary community.
