Dean Rice Memorial African Wildlife Study Expedition

Spring Expedition
May 23-31, 2026

The Arizona Veterinary Medical Association (AzVMA) is excited to announce a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to go on an African study expedition that will take you behind the scenes to work closely with a resident South African wildlife veterinarian, Dr. William Fowlds! This 10-day hands-on trip is scheduled to take place on May 23 to 31, 2026.

This Wildlife Study Expedition is RACE approved for 20 hours of continuing education credits for both veterinarians and technicians. Visit the safari page to learn more.
