Scholarships are available for early-career veterinarians (MentorVet Leap) and mid-career veterinarians (MentorVet Lead).
Program Highlights
Complete five online self-paced learning modules focused on professional life skills including stress management, leadership, conflict management, and moral stress. Once a month, you’ll meet virtually with your program peers to discuss module content, compare in-practice experiences, and deepen your understanding of how to apply lessons learned. If desired, get access to paired mentorship and financial and mental health coaching

MentorVet Leap (early-career vets) – February 20, 2026 – July 31, 2026
MentorVet Lead (mid-career vets) – March 6, 2026 – September 6, 2026
